It was during this time that she discovered the importance of building a secure, flexible career that could withstand life’s challenges.

Her success in the wellness industry has led to an impressive tenure as the Forever Living Products Advisory Board Member since 1998 where she has trained others in nutrition, beauty, and sports performance across the globe.

As a coach and mentor, Louise is known for her integrity and her ability to provide professional, grounded support. She understands exactly what it takes to move from "drifting" to navigating with purpose. Louise’s mission is simple: to provide the guidance, security, and tools needed for others to take control of their own careers and design a life they truly love.

Lisa Walsh | Business Partner

As a partner at Design Your Life, Lisa Walsh is committed to empowering people to step into a life of their own design. With an entrepreneurial background spanning the US and Ireland, Lisa and her husband have successfully established several businesses in the property and construction industries.

However, it was her move into this flexible business model back in the year 2,000 that truly transformed her lifestyle. It provided the essential balance of working from home while raising her family and offered a secure, independent income that stood firm even during the 2008 downturn in Ireland.

Lisa’s expertise lies in her ability to coach and develop others. Working in close partnership with Louise Riley, she offers a supportive environment for those ready to develop their own skills and find a better work-life balance. Lisa is here to share the lessons she’s learned and help you navigate your own path to success.

Having started his career in the fast-paced world of property investment and management, Ashley learned early on that traditional markets can be unpredictable. This drive for stability and personal freedom led him to establish his business in 1995—a venture that has now provided him with security for over three decades.

Under Ashley’s leadership, Design Your Life has grown into a global community. He is an industry stalwart who has dedicated his career to coaching and supporting others as they transition away from the "rat race."
